Greetings Arie Bronshtein-

Your request dated June 11, 2020 has been officially received on today.

Please clarify your request “all documents signed with procurement software or software to create and publish RFI, RFQ, RFP this agency uses or used in the past five years”. Our software does not provide a signature on purchase orders and our software does not create or publish the aforementioned items. If you are requesting a copy of the unsigned purchase orders from the last five years associated with the request, please anticipate the cost for search, retrieval and production to be estimated at $42.00. I will need clarification if you desire documents or if my statement satisfies your inquiry.

Additionally, the law does not provide a provision requiring answers to questions to be provided, but as a courtesy I will share that our organization uses Oracle JD Edwards Enterprise One is our procurement software; we do not utilize software for published bids.

If a response is not received, we will deem your request satisfied and closed.

Sincerely,

Jawahn E. Ware
Certified County Clerk/Procurement Manager
