Pursuant to the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, I hereby request the following documents:
Communications between the department and Converus Inc, from Jan 1 2016 to the current date, or the date of your search, whichever is later. To include reports and data supplied by Converus, and any contracts.
Any assessment, evaluation or report on the functionality or use of the Converus EyeDetect system within the department, over the same time period.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Mr. Harris,
Please find the attached documents that are responsive to your recent request to inspect public records. Also note that there are several additional documents, but they do not exist in electronic format and therefore cannot be emailed or uploaded to your website.
If you wish to inspect them, you may do so at our offices anytime during regular business hours. Under the New Mexico Inspection of Public Records Act, a fee of $1/per page can be paid and copies can be mailed to you. You also have the option of sending a flash drive and I can download all responsive documents to that device and mail it to you.
