DC Correctional Industries Fund reports - FPI - Public Law 88-622

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the District of Columbia Freedom of Information Act of 1974, D.C. Code Ann. § 2-531 et seq. ("D.C. Act"), I hereby request the following records:

All reports submitted by the Director of the Department of Corrections of the District of Columbia of the financial condition of the Correctional Industries Fund established by the District of Columbia Correctional Industries Establishment Act. [For reference: Public Law 88-622: "Not later than six months after the end of each fiscal year, the Director of the Department of Corrections of the District of Columbia shall submit to the Commissioners a report of the financial condition of the fund and the results of operations for such fiscal year."

This request is being made as part of a journalistic inquiry. The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
