To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Michigan's Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"), I hereby request the following records:

I would like any and all correspondence between the Detroit Police Department and THREAT MANAGEMENT CENTER and its principal, Dale Brown to include emails, memorandums, letters of appreciation, and any other documents regarding THREAT MANAGEMENT CENTER's and Dale Brown's relationship with the city of Detroit.

Any and all documents pertaining to permissions granted by the Detroit Police Department for training with THREAT MANAGEMENT CENTER and its principal, Dale Brown.

Any and all documents pertaining to calls for service initiated by, on behalf of, and as a direct result of actions by THREAT MANAGEMENT CENTER and its principal, Dale Brown.

Any and all documents pertaining to money spent by the city of Detroit to procure services by THREAT MANAGEMENT CENTER and its principal, Dale Brown for security services.

Any and all documents pertaining to THREAT MANAGEMENT CENTER's role in augmenting the Detroit Police Department.

Any and all documents pertaining to THREAT MANAGEMENT CENTER's maritime security services provided for the city of Detroit.

Any and all documents pertaining to complaints received against THREAT MANAGEMENT CENTER and its principal, Dale Brown.

I also request that, if appropriate, fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest. The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, processed by a representative of the news media/press and is made in the process of news gathering and not for commercial usage.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
