To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

The names of the owners of the properties where the following incidents occurred:
-The body of an unnamed victim was discovered on or around June 4, 2019 on the 3000 block of Mack.
-The body of Nancy Harrison was discovered on or around March 19, 2019 on the 20000 block of Coventry.
-The body of Travesene Ellis was discovered on or around May 24 on the 13000 block of Linnhurst.

If any of the information cannot be provided, we request a description of that information and the reason it was withheld.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.
