A copy of the most recent collective bargaining agreement/collective agreement between this department and the local police union/fraternal order/benevolent association, or other similar organization.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

We are granting your request.
The records from the Detroit Police Department consist of three documents totaling one hundred and sixty-eight (168) pages. Because you have requested that we provide the record via email and because the record you seek is available in electronic format, the record is being emailed to you. Attached please find copies of the three (3) master agreements established between the Detroit Police Department and its member unions.
A hard copy of the City's formal response letter is being mailed today, via First Class Mail.
