Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

1. A copy of that certain Lease executed in 2005, including exhibits, and any and all subsequent amendments to said Lease, by and between the City of Detroit and the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy, Inc., a Michigan nonprofit corporation. For context, I have included the resolution adopted by the Detroit City Council providing authorization for the signing of the Lease.

2. A copy of "Detroit's Riverfront Vision" referenced in the attached resolution.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
