Pursuant to the Michigan Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. Annual reports from 2014 through 2020 provided by the Risk Management Council pursuant to Section 9-702 of the 2012 Charter of the City of Detroit (the “Detroit Charter”).
2. Quarterly reports from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2020 provided by the Risk Management Council pursuant to Section 9-702 of the Detroit Charter.
3. Records, spreadsheets, databases, documents, and other materials from July 1, 2016 through the date of this request related to and sufficient to show all revenues and expenditures attributed to the Risk Management Fund as defined by Section 17-9-2 of the Code of Ordinances for the City of Detroit, which provides that: “A separate fund within the general fund class shall be provided by the City, to be designated ‘Risk Management Fund of the City of Detroit,’ hereinafter in this article called ‘Risk Management Fund.’”
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

I am following up on the City's partial response dated August 19, 2020. In that letter, you stated, in pertinent part:
"In regard to Item No. 1 and 3, the City of Detroit Law Department Freedom of Information Act Section is in the process of obtaining the documents you requested. Presently, the Office of Chief Financial Officer is still conducting a search to locate any and all of said records which pertain to your request.
