After an initial review of your request, it has been determined that Department of Aviation staff will require more time to search for and provide responsive records as the records cannot be gathered without interfering with the airport’s other public service responsibilities; CORA, C.R.S. § 24-72-203(3)(b)(III). We are in the process of searching for the records requested, and if any are located we will provide them within the seven business days permitted by CORA, see C.R.S. § 24-72-203(3)(b).
