Dear Mr. Sirota,

Your open records request was received by the Chief Executive Officer of Denver International Airport and forwarded to DEN Legal to assist the airport with its response.

We have contacted the appropriate division(s) regarding your request to determine whether there are records in the airport's custody that may be responsive to your request. As disclosed on the airport's website, flydenver.com, there is a cost associated with CORA responses that are too large to be transmitted electronically, or that require more than one-hour of staff time to research and compile. We will contact you as soon as we learn more information.

Sincerely,
