Good afternoon, Mr. Schiano
The email below was forwarded to me yesterday afternoon by the DPD PIO. We are reviewing your request and will respond when we have identified records potentially responsive to your request.
I am unsure why MuckRock generated requests are being sent to the PIO or to the "CPR Office" which does not exist. In the future, to ensure a prompt response, please send your requests directly to me.

Good Afternoon, Mr. Schiano-
In response to your request below for
Any emails, text messages, reports, documents or other written or digital records sent or received by any employee of your agency between September 13, 2018 and the date on which this request is processed which includes the phrase "Proud Boys." we estimate that it will take approximately 6 hours at a cost of $30 per hour after the first hour to research, retrieve and redact potentially responsive records. Should you wish to proceed with your request, please send a check in the amount of $150 made out to the Manager of Finance, to my attention at 1331 Cherokee St, #302, Denver, CO 80204, and we will proceed. If you wish to reduce the scope of your request, please advise and we will adjust our estimate accordingly.

Good Afternoon, Mr. Schiano-
Please find attached copies of the documents we have identified as responsive to your request. Operational details and sensitive information have been withheld. We believe that the department and public interests in safely managing future events outweighs any public purpose to be served by disclosure of those details and conclude that it would be contrary to the public interest to release those details.
