Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:

All video footage captured by police officers during the march and surrounding events on April 29, 2015, including but not limited to the footage captured by the cameras shown in the attached photos

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Hello Ms. Dulacki,

Thanks so much for sending along this footage! I really appreciate it. Can you confirm that this is all that there is? This file "DPD Protest Video Recording 04292015 -2.MTS" seems to be all there is from the first moments of protester action on Broadway in Civic Center Park. Is it accurate that this is all the Denver Police captured for footage during that time? The next clip begins after what appears to be some commotion, with an officer instructing the cameraman to capture the fallen motorcycles.
