DPD communication w/ PERF April 2015

Hello,

I would like to follow up on my open records request, filed on August 24, 2015. The statute does require a response to my request to be given within 3 business days. It is currently August 28, 2015, and I have received no response to my request as of this writing.

Colorado Criminal Justice Records Act.

If you are not the proper custodian of records for this request, please forward this request on to the appropriate designee.

I hereby request all records (individually referred to as "Record" in the rest of this request), including (but not limited to) emails, memos, notes, letters and communications, that meet the following two criteria:

1) Record was created, sent or received between the dates April 1, 2015 and May 1, 2015

2) Record matches one or more of the criteria in 2.a or 2.b:

2.a) Record contains one or more of the following names of people or organizations, in either the content of the record, or as the creator, sender or recipient:

2.b) Where Record is an email, if it was sent to or received from an email address at the following domain name:

@policeforum.org

If you deny this request for records in whole or in part, I ask that you provide a statement explaining the reason for the denial that cites the legal authority that is the basis for the denial. If any of the requested records are in active use, in storage or otherwise unavailable at this time, I likewise request that you provide a statement informing me of the reason they are currently unavailable and a date and hour at which time the records will be available for inspection.
