2. Please provide emails from Nicole Kramis to David Suppes from February 1, 2019 through July 1, 2019 with the name Tisha Lee in the content.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Yes, please modify the request re Mark Ferrandino to read all emails from or to Mark Ferrandino from 05/01/2020 to present which include Stephanie Donner and or Emily Griffith (EGTC).
The above modification will take the place of my initial request for all emails from M. Ferrandino from 12/01/2018 to present including Stephanie Donner in the content.

We have reviewed your CORA request related to:
1. Please provide all emails from or to Mark Ferrandino from December 1, 2018 to present with the name Stephanie Donner or executive director in the content.
2. Please provide emails from Nicole Kramis to David Suppes from February 1, 2019 through July 1, 2019 with the name Tisha Lee in the content.
Staff have determined that retrieving, reviewing, and potentially redacting 6,457 emails (6,401 and 56 respectively) will take approximately 323 staff hours. We request that you pay the minimum estimated staff time prior to us beginning the retrieval. If fulfilling the request takes longer, we will request final payment prior to releasing the documents.
In accordance with the District CORA Policy<https://www.dpsk12.org/wp-content/uploads/Board-of-Education-Policy-KDB-CORA.pdf>, the first hour of staff time is free. There is a $30 charge for the additional 322 hours. Please pay $9,660 to Denver Public Schools.
