Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
1. The total number of Denver police officers who were recommended to be terminated by the Denver police chief from 2013 - 2019.
2. The total number of Denver police officer who had a termination recommendation reduced or overturned from 2013-2019, broken down by the entity (Department of Public Safety, Civil Service Commission, etc.) that made this decision.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Attached is what we have identified as potentially responsive to the first portion of this request. Please be advised, if an officer resigned or retired prior to the discipline process being completed, those individuals are not included on the attached report as we are unable to determine what discipline would have been imposed. Regarding the second portion of your request, following a good faith search, we have identified no cases potentially responsive.
