Hi Mary,

I've been trying to think of way to reduce the workload involved in this request and still get the information we need, and I believe I found a solution. Yesterday I pulled several court files based on documents you previously sent me and found that a lot of the information we may need is contained therein. I leave Denver on Friday. Would it be possible to send me just the names of the defendants in the cases below in the next day or so:

1) 2010-237501
2) 2011-242643
3) 2012-207219
4) 2012-575391
5) 2012-583497
6) 2014-331101
7) 2015-120563
8) 2016-220387
9) 2016-582498

If I get the names, then I can just go copy the court file, and withdraw a large portion of this request. I still need the documents for the following case numbers, which are theft reports, and thus no court file exists:

1) 2012-585934
2) 2014-687688
3) 2015-631133
4) 2016-430617

Thank you so much for your help!
Brian

Thank you so much Mary! I can't see the names of the arrestees in your email. Probably some issue with MuckRock. Can you forward to my work email: bfreskos@thetrace.org?

From: Brian Freskos

Nevermind I got the names. Thank you so much!
