Pursuant to the Colorado Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of the most recent database maintained by this agency detailing public employee compensation across the city.
I am specifically requesting that this release include, for each employee, the following: Name of Employee, Job Title, Agency/department, and Earnings.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.

Thank you for reaching out to the Denver Department of Finance with your Colorado Open Records Act request. I am the department's records custodian and am happy to provide the records responsive to your request.
Attached is the responsive record maintained by the Department of Finance as of July 14, 2021.
As you may know, in order to pay for the cost of staff, custodians of public records within the City and County of Denver may charge for research and retrieval time necessary to respond to requests for records under the Colorado Open Records Act ("CORA"). Pursuant to C.R.S. ยง24-72-205(6), effective July 26, 2019, staff time is charged at a rate not to exceed $33.00 per hour. There is no charge for the first hour of time for research and retrieval of records.
This request took less than one hour to research, retrieve and review, so there is no associated charge.
