Mr. Wright,

This is to confirm that we have received your CORA request. Per our protocol, I have attached our CORA policy for your reference. I'd be happy to talk with you about waiving fees. I also want to make sure I have a clear understanding of the information for which you are looking so we ensure we get you the most useful responsive documents. Do you have time to chat with me over the phone tomorrow? Please let me know a good time and number to reach you.

From: Matt Wright

Hi Janna,

Thank you for responding quickly to my request. I am writing to summarize changes to this CORA request as per our conversation on March 1, 2013 at 11:44am. I have agreed to the following modifications of this request in order to speed up the response and aid in waiving of search fees. Items we discussed:

- Limit the request to emails only
- Limit the request to the first four city councilmembers listed: Albus Brooks, Chris Nevitt, Charlie Brown, Christopher Herndon
- Results will be returned in one or more PDF documents to eliminate any photocopy charges.

Thank you for your time,

Matt Wright
