Pursuant to the Colorado Public Records Law, I hereby request the following records:

Any emails, letters, or any other records in written, electronic, or any other form, as defined by C.R.S. §§ 24-72-202(7) which were sent, received, or produced mentioning "costs" of "clean ups," "costs" for the services of the private contracted company "Custom Environmental Services," "inmate" labor used for "clean ups," "costs" to pay on duty "officers" for "clean ups," and/or "costs" for "storage" of items from "clean ups" during the time starting on September 1, 2017 until the date on which this request is processed.

If you deny this request for records in whole or in part, I ask that you provide a written statement explaining the reason for the denial that cites the legal authority that is the basis for the denial. If any of the requested records are in active use, in storage or otherwise unavailable at this time, I likewise request that you provide a statement informing me of the reason they are currently unavailable and a date and hour at which time the records will be available for inspection.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Hello – The Mayor’s Office is not the custodian of the records you seek as we do not hold the contracts or work you reference. The only records we would review for this are emails referencing the terms you outline which would incur a cost and likely not produce many relevant records. I would recommend that you contact the Denver Department of Public Works for the records you seek.
