Dear Mr. Woodbury,
I've been told your office (Economic Development) is the correct place to send this CORA request:

"A copy of the bid submitted in response to the U.S. Army's request for proposals for the site of its Futures Command headquarters, any contracts with third-party providers for services rendered regarding the Futures Command bid, and any marketing budgets regarding Futures Command-related expenditures from August 1st, 2017 to the date this request is processed."

I would appreciate a tracking number and estimated completion date. Thanks.

From: Mayor's Office
