Good Morning.

We received your Colorado Open Records Act Request below. Your request is so broad and vague that we are unable to provide you with a cost estimate per Denver's Colorado Open Records Act policy found at https://www.denvergov.org/content/denvergov/en/city-of-denver-home/cora.html because of the volume of disputes and legal proceedings our office deals with on a regular basis. If you narrow and specify your request, for example by identification of types of disputes and legal proceedings and Denver agencies involved with them, we will attempt to provide you with a cost estimate for related records.

In addition, please note that we accept CORA requests at CAO.CORAREQUEST@denvergov.org<mailto:CAO.CORAREQUEST@denvergov.org>.

Respectfully,
Shelley

Hello Lauren and Mitch,

Thanks so much for getting in touch today to clarify this request. As we discussed, I would be happy to limit this request to those constitutional and civil rights-related conflicts that were received by the Denver Police Department from the period January 1, 2015 through November 30, 2017. Please let me know if there are further questions I can answer or other help that I can provide. Thanks so much for your time.

Best wishes,
Beryl
