Good Afternoon,
We estimate this request will require a total of 3-4 hours to pull the potentially responsive data. The cost of $33 per hour, after the first hour, will be charged for this process. This again, is just an estimate and I will know more once I get halfway through the project.. Please advise if you are willing to incur these costs and what budget you have allotted for this project as a project of this nature would require payment upfront.

Thank you,

Hello Ms. Webber,

Thank you for the update and my apologies for the delayed response. I am willing to incur the costs and would like to proceed; however, in order to make a payment for the records from the Denver Dept. of Public Safety, my organization requires a completed W9. I've attached a blank form. Would it be possible to have a completed one returned to colin.g@uihi.org? With that in place and an invoice for the total hours, I can submit the payment.

If you have any questions, I can be reached at 612-805-2488.

Thank you,
Colin Gerber
