Pursuant to the Delaware Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
I am requesting a copy of the contract signed between the University of Delaware Athletic program and the vendor who provided services for the 2018 Deleware Women's Basketball tour to Spain in August 2018. I am also requesting a copy of the final itinerary for the trip.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Dear Mr. Ratzliff:
I write in response to the request you submitted to the University of
Delaware under the Delaware Freedom of Information Act ("FOIA"). Pursuant
to Delaware's FOIA, only university records that relate to the expenditure
of public funds are public records subject to disclosure under the
Act. 29 *Del.
C. *§10002(i). Public funds are "those funds derived from the State or any
political subdivision of the State." *Id. *at §10002(k). No public funds
were spent on the trip for which you have requested documents. Therefore,
the University has no public records responsive to your request.
