Hello Ms. Scott,

Thank you for your message. I have resubmitted this request to Ms. Chandler in the Department of Safety and Homeland Security. I look forward to receiving the materials on toll violations.

Beryl Lipton,

As a follow up to my earlier response, toll violations are only considered a moving violation if the driver is criminally charged. DelDOT does not keep a record of those offenses. The records come under the jurisdiction of the Delaware Safety and Homeland Security. That contact information has already been provided. E-ZPass violations are a civil matter and not considered moving violations.

Hello Ms. Scott,

I'm most interested in speeding violations. These would fall under the request that I submitted to Delaware Safety and Homeland Security, yes?

Thanks so much,
Beryl
