-All current policies regarding how officers are expected to handle protests
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

By letter dated March 2, 2017, you made a request under the Delaware Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) for: “all current policies for how officers respond to protests..”
The Division of the Delaware State Police (DSP) has determined that your request is exempt as you are out of state you are not entitled to receive documents under FOIA, the Supreme Court of the United States has upheld state statutes that limit FOIA requests to state citizens only, such as Delaware. McBurney v. Young, 569 U.S. ____ (Apr. 29, 2013)(Docket 12-17).). (See Att’y Gen. Op. 16-IB20).
