Pursuant to Delaware's Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
A log of public records requests submitted to the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection that lists the date of request, the requester's name, the requester's organizational affiliation, a description of the request and the date the request was filled. Ideally I would like this information for the period from 2004 to the present.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public free of charge as part of the public information service at MuckRock.com, and is made in the process of academic research and not for commercial usage.
In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Mr. Peterson, I am in receipt of your 11.3.15 FOIA request, attached. Unfortunately, I did not receive the first request that you referenced in this request.
The information that you are seeking is available, except that our FOIA logs only go back four years, as this is the date of the adoption of the State of Delaware's State-wide FOIA Policy.
I have most of the information in my possession, but will need to gather the logs for the past year or so from DNREC's Divisions, where the logs are kept. Following this email, I will send you what I have on file, and the rest will be requested from the Divisions and I will forward those once received. I do not expect this will take more than a few days.

Mr. Peterson - Please find attached the FOIA Logs for our Air Division and our Waste and Hazardous Substances ('WHS') Division. As I explained before, these two Divisions receive most of our FOIA requests, and are on their own 'automated' system. This is the listing for those two Divisions from 2011 to 2015.
I am sending out requests to our other Divisions for the years that are missing in what I sent to you earlier today. This may take a day or two, depending on those Division's FOIA contacts being in the office...will let you know if it will take any longer than that. Thanks! Jenny Bothell.
