Pursuant to Delaware's Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

I am requesting a list of all of the National Rifle Association's lobbying expenditures in Delaware from January 1, 2013 to March 14, 2017 that list "Starboard Strategic Inc." as a vendor. The list should include the amount of the expense, the type/purpose of the expense, and the the date of the expense.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

The information you have requested is not among the records of the Delaware Department of State.
To clarify, Delaware law makes no provision for the reporting of individual vendor expenses incurred by registered lobbyists or their employers, as you requested. The relevant statue is viewable by clicking here<http://delcode.delaware.gov/title29/c058/sc04/index.shtml>. According to this statute, required quarterly financial reports submitted by registered lobbyists to the state's Public Integrity Commission must list expenditures made for members of the General Assembly or public employees.
