To Whom It May Concern:
Pursuant to Delaware's Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Case files on fair housing complaints about Kushner Properties, Westminster Management, or properties owned by these companies and their subsidiaries. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development confirmed to me that the Delaware Division of Human Rights possesses at least one such case file. I attached HUD's response to my Freedom of Information Act request, which contains this confirmation.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.
Dear Mr. Matt:
The Delaware Department of State has received your FOIA request dated January 12, 2018 and related to the Division of Human Relations. See the complete request attached.
Your FOIA request was forwarded to the Department's Division of Human Relations on January 17, 2018 for review and response. The Division will notify you directly if more information is needed to provide a final response.
Pursuant to 29 Del. C. § 10003(h)(1) "The public body shall respond to a FOIA request as soon as possible, but in any event within 15 business days after the receipt thereof, either by providing access to the requested records, denying access to the records or parts of them, or by advising that additional time is needed because the request is for voluminous records, requires legal advice, or a record is in storage or archived. If access cannot be provided within 15 business days, the public body shall cite 1 of the reasons hereunder why more time is needed and provide a good-faith estimate of how much additional time is required to fulfill the request."
Thank you for contacting the Delaware Department of State.

I have reviewed out electronic files and have not found any information. I presume this was an old case that allegedly occurred in Delaware. We are going to search the old case log book and perhaps can do an archive request.
