From: Frank Matt

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to Delaware's Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Case files on fair housing complaints about Kushner Properties, Westminster Management, or properties owned by these companies and their subsidiaries. The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development confirmed to me that the Delaware Division of Human Rights possesses at least one such case file. I attached HUD's response to my Freedom of Information Act request, which contains this confirmation.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Frank Matt

Tamara,

I have reviewed out electronic files and have not found any information. I presume this was an old case that allegedly occurred in Delaware. We are going to search the old case log book and perhaps can do an archive request.
