Dear Carly,

After consulting with the Division of Corporations, the Department of State does not have “the financing statements and deeds of trust for all collateral submitted by the ESCO Marine company on June 30, 2014.” The only documents on record here are their charter documents. The last document on file is their Change of Agent, along with 2 stock designations, a stock amendment and charter document – all filed between 1996 to 2013.

You may try the court in which the case was heard for a copy of those documents.

Sincerely,

C.R. McLeod
