Pursuant to Delaware's Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Request for the Department of Technology and Information (DTI) to recover copies of all emails to and from the following email addresses owned and/or maintained by the Department of Safety and Homeland Security: Daniel.Tjaden@cj.state.de.us and David.Baylor@cj.state.de.us for the time period of January 1, 2014 to the present. The only emails requested are those to and from the above email addresses that contain the keywords: "Glock", "Tazer" or "Rifle".

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.
