I am looking for an update to this request. I have yet to hear back and it has been several weeks with no response.

From: Delaware State Police

Good Day -

Your request was sent to the Department of Safety and Homeland Security and has been sent for legal review. Please note that FOIA allows access to "public records," unless the public record requested falls within one of the enumerated statutory exemptions. See 29 Del. C. §10002 (definition of "public record" and specific exemptions); 29 Del. C. § 10003 (setting forth FOIA request procedures).

Thank you.

From: Tito Broz

It has been more than a month and a half. I need an estimated time frame for when this will be completed, as 15 days have already passed and no extension was required. If no estimate is provided, I will be forced to take legal action.

Thank you.

Please provide a time frame or I will move forward with a lawsuit.

Thank you.
