The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

under Delaware's Freedom of Information Act.
Under the Delaware Freedom of Information Act, University documents are
public records only if they relate to the expenditure of public funds.
C.*§10002(d). Public funds are "those funds derived from the State or any
political subdivision of the State." 29 *Del. C. *§10002(k). The
documents you seek do not relate to the expenditure of public funds and, as
a result, are not public records. The University, therefore, respectfully
declines your records request.
