Pursuant to Delaware's Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Seeking to gain all admissions statistics collected between 2004 and 2016 from the University of Delaware including, average and median GPA of incoming freshmen, average and median SAT and ACT scores for incoming freshmen, the 25th and 75th percentiles for GPA, SAT, and ACT for incoming freshmen, the percent of admitted and enrolled freshmen from both in- and out-of-state, and a list of other similar schools that applicants applied to.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 15 business days, as the statute requires.

Under the Delaware Freedom of Information Act, University documents are
public records only if they relate to the expenditure of public funds.
29 *Del.
C.*§10002(d). Public funds are "those funds derived from the State or any
political subdivision of the State." 29 *Del. C. *§10002(k). The
documents you seek do not relate to the expenditure of public funds and, as
a result, are not public records. However, much of the information you
seek may be found on the following websites:
