Pursuant to the New York Freedom of Information Law, I hereby request the following records:
A copy of, and a detailed breakdown of the Duanesburg Central School District's Health Services contracts between East Greenbush CSD and Rensselaer City School District and Duanesburg CSD for the 2021-2022 school year.
A copy of, and a detailed breakdown of the Duanesburg Central School District's Memorandum of Agreements by and between the District and the Duanesburg Teachers Association (DTA) dated May 16, 2022.
A copy of, and a detailed breakdown of the Duanesburg Central School District's Physician Services Agreement with Bassett Medical Center for students and employees for the 2022-2023 school year.
A copy of, and a detailed breakdown of the Duanesburg Central School District's June 14, 2022 addendum to the employment agreement of Dr. James Niedermeier, Superintendent of Schools.
A copy of, and a detailed breakdown of the Duanesburg Central School District's Behavioral Health Center Satellite agreement between NE Parent & Child/Northern Rivers and Duanesburg CSD for the 2022-2023 school year.
A copy of, and a detailed breakdown of the Duanesburg Central School District's health and welfare services contract between City School District of Albany and Duanesburg CSD for the 2021-2022 school year.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
