Dear Jackson Parker,

This will respond to your New York State Freedom of Information Law
(“FOIL”) request received by me on October 14, 2022 and follows my initial
response to you acknowledging receipt of that request dated October 19,
2022. I am responding to your request as the Records Access Officer of the
Duanesburg Central School District. In your request you seek:
Communications / records with definitions of the term "next normal"
(Duanesburg Central School District)
Any and all emails, paper communications, phone logs, text messages,
receipts, invoices, memorandum, meeting notes from/to/cc anyone with the
following certifications/licenses/titles:

- School Building Leader
- School Administrator / Supervisor
- School District Leader
- School District Business Leader
- School Board Member

which contain the statement "next normal".

Please be advised that your request is denied in its entirety because the
district does not have the ability redact confidential records to determine
such a broad search while over 4,500 records of the term “next normal”
appear in electronic communications alone:

in full.

Pursuant to FOIL, you have a right to appeal a denial of any portion of
