Deerfield Beach sewer work

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Florida Sunshine Law, I hereby request the following records:

1) contracts executed between City of Deerfield Beach (@deerfield-beach.com) and Insituform (@insituform.com), or its parent company Aegion (@aegion.com), between Jan. 1, 2015, and February 15, 2020.

2) emails between Insituform (@insituform.com), or its parent company Aegion (@aegion.com), and City of Deerfield Beach (@deerfield-beach.com) between the dates of February 1, 2019, and February 15, 2020.

3) bid solicitations made by City of Deerfield Beach (@deerfield-beach.com), between Jan. 1, 2015, and February 15, 2020, for sewer work projects.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
