Pursuant to the New Hampshire "Access to Government Records and Meetings" Statute (RSA Ch. 91-A), I hereby request the following records:
Every instance I was discussed by the board of select in closed session.
What was discussed about me in closed session and a request to be informed
if I will be discussed in future closed sessions so I can opt for a public session in stead.

Even after Steve Barry's convoluted answer to my question about people having a right to know
if they were discussed in the BOS closed sessions and their right to opt for any discussion about them
to be public by their own choice - I don't feel his answer about employers having a right to discuss employees
in closed sessions answered my question. I never asked about employees but people in general. I don't know why
he went off in that direction.
I am making a Right to Know request under RSA 91-A for any time I was discussed in closed session
Of course the date of the meeting and content of discussion is being requested. I also request that in the future if I am to be discussed in a closed session that I am notified and given the option to have the discussion in open session. As I understand the right to know law that is any persons right.
Correct me if I am wrong on any point.
