Pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act., I hereby request the following records:
• A list of all Investment Management firms, Public Equity managers, public fixed-income account managers, or similar stock, bond, securities, and investment managers or management firms responsible for holdings, trading, or other manipulations of assets held by this agency or any division thereof.
• A list of all asset holdings by this agency or any division thereof, including any associated departments or funds. Please include all available segregable data, including, but not limited to, the company, the associated call symbol, the number of shares, and the value of said shares.
• All reports or responsive materials related to pension funds and other long term investments
• All filings provided to the Securities and Exchange Commission related to investments and holdings for any division under the responsibility of this jurisdiction for the period from January 1, 2014 through August 31, 2018.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

Thank you for writing to the City of Decatur with your request for information pursuant to the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, 5 ILCS 140/1 et seq.
Your Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request (below) is directed to the Decatur City Clerk. Please note that the Decatur Police and Fire Pension Funds are separate government entities. The City of Decatur has neither authority nor responsibility to handle FOIA requests for either. A requestor seeking Police and/or Fire Pension Fund documents may go directly to the Police and/or Fire Pension Fund FOIA officer. The City will provide information about the Police and Fire Pension Funds in the City’s possession such as the annual CAFR and/or any reports submitted by the Pension Funds to the City Council as required by the Pension Code.
FOIA requests for Police Pension fund information should be directed to Ron Borowczyk, the Police Pension Fund FOIA officer.
FOIA requests for Fire Pension fund information should be directed to Adam Ruderman, the Fire Pension Fund FOIA officer.
Attached schedule is of the City’s investment holdings as of December 31, 2017.
