Smart Communications Technology Training Summit Records - Dawson County

Page 30 of Smart Communications' "Response to RFP #380-21" for a "Unified Solution for Inmate Communication" mentions that "key staff" of Dawson County are entitled to "three complimentary rooms" at the vendor's annual technology training summit. See "Dawson County RFP Response Excerpt.png" attached.

Page 26 of "Agreement between Owner and Contractor RFP #380-21 - Unified Solution for Inmate Communication" between Dawson County and Smart Communications confirms that Dawson County is entitled to training "as outlined in the Contractor's response to the request for proposal." See "Dawson County Executed Contract Excerpt.png" attached.

Pursuant to the Georgia Open Records Act, I hereby request the following records:
- Documents and correspondence produced by Smart Communications and received by employees of Dawson County relating to the Smart Communications Annual Training Summit in 2021, 2022, or 2023.
- Itineraries, daily schedules, multimedia, and correspondence relating to employees of the Dawson County attending the Smart Communications Annual Training Summit in 2021, 2022, or 2023.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 3 business days, as the statute requires.
