Pursuant to Pennsylvania Right to Know Act, I hereby request the following records:
A Shapefile or CSV containing at minimum the Address Points (house # and street name) and their corresponding Latitude/Longitude. If additional data such as the Unit Number, City, Zipcode, Parcel Id exists they should be included as well.
If this cannot be accessed, the parcel file including situs address would suffice.
Other names for this include: E911 Address Database, Civic Address File, Parcel Dataset, Land Ownership Dataset, Tax Parcels, Address Points.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 5 business days, as the statute requires.

MSLINK - Unique identifier
MUN - Abbreviated Municipality Name
ST_NUM - House Number
LV_APT - Secondary Unit Designator (e.g. APT, BLDG)
DIRPRE - Street directional Prefix
DISSUF - Street directional Suffix
FEANME- Street Name
FEATYP - Street Type (e.g. ST, DR, RD)
ZIP - Zip Code (Note: These were assigned by spatial joining with a commercially available zip code polygon layer and not verified against the USPS delivery database.)
