Pursuant to the Virginia Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Records related to the homicide case of Arthur Obrian Anderson, including interrogation footage and audio, interviews at the crime scene and the police station, the Police/Investigative Report, photos, surveillance, 911 calls, and Body Worn Camera footage from the initial responding officers.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Mr. Nash,
Per your request, I am providing you an estimate of cost to comply this information. Payment would be due for the estimated amount before work would begin on this request. In the event that the fee is greater than the estimate, payment would be due prior to the release of the information. In the event that the fee is less than the estimated amount, the difference would be reimbursed as soon as practicable.
Due to the large amount of data, an extension would have to be agreed upon as well. Since there are a total of five requests, you can prioritize which request you want filled first, or I can fill them in the order received. Also be aware that all information that is listed in Code of Virginia 2.2-3706 B 1-11 and 2.2-3706.1 C 1-6 will be redated in my response.
The estimate for the Anderson case is $1,400.00. It would require 50 hours to complete. I would need at least 2 weeks to complete as I am the only person to compile most of this information.
