Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request
the following records:

Incoming and Outgoing Phone Call Logs from 203-748-5044 on September 30,
2019.

A conversation from Councilman Warren Levy from this phone number
concerning Hat City Ale House occurred at
Sep 30 8:34 AM 203.748.5044 Danbury, CT Incoming, CL 63minutes

Considering this conversation was in the conduct of Danbury Common Council
business, I feel it falls under the public records laws for the State of
Connecticut.

Please provide all records for September 30, 2019 on this phone number.

If there are exempt calls, please provide proper redactions and reasons
under the Freedom of Information Act for these exemptions.

Feel free to contact me if you need further clarification.

I also request that, if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. §
1-212(d), fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public
interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be
processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to
the public at MuckRock.com.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform
me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer
the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or
CD-ROM if not.
