website and meeting agendas and minutes from the City's boards and
commissions are in the process of being added. The Council agendas and
meeting minutes have now been added as of 2003. Meeting recording archives
started in 2013, although the City may be able to retrieve recordings from
2012, so there are no meeting recordings from 2003-2004.

Please advise if you are now going to search for "all minutes and agendas
for public meetings that discuss the creation of the Department of Permit
Coordination by the City Council for the calendar years of 2003 and 2004"
or if you are requesting that the City conduct said search.

To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request
the following records:

A recent change in the City of Danbury website has restricted the ability
to search prior meetings. That being said, I would like copies of all
minutes and agendas for public meetings that discuss the creation of the
Department of Permit Coordination by the City Council for the calendar
years of 2003 and 2004. Additionally, can links to video and/or audio of
said meetings be provided as those search links are no longer valid after
the new website launch on or about October 1, 2022.

I also request that, if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. §
1-212(d), fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public
interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be
processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to
the public at MuckRock.com.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform
me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer
the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or
CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I
look forward to receiving your response to this request within 4 business
days, as the statute requires.
