Pursuant to the Connecticut Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Copies of all emails sent, forwarded, or received to w.levy@danbury-ct.gov from September 27, 2019 thru October 31, 2019.
I also request that, if possible and pursuant to Conn. Gen. Stat. § 1-212(d), fees be waived as I believe this request is in the public interest and not made for commercial gain. The requested documents will be processed by a representative of the news media/press and made available to the public at MuckRock.com.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 4 business days, as the statute requires.

with any search terms? That would assist us in determining what content

Diane, I am wary of narrowing the scope by search term. I would agree that solicitations or spam would not be in either of our interests to return under this request. Unfortunately I do not know what might be returned as results. Are there any emails you will be claiming as exempt under this request?

Diane, I am willing to amend the request to Sept 28, 2019 thru October 10, 2019 in the effort to make the request less daunting. Additionally, incoming spam/solicitations that are commercial in nature should be disregarded. Consider this communication to be part of the FOI request. I will make a separate request if additional information is needed.

Kevin, I don't know at this point whether there are responsive emails
subject to exemption as I have not reviewed all of them. Since you are not
interested in mass emails from news outlets, solitictions, and advertising,
then I will not download those and move on to responsive emails that do not
fall into that category. I will advise you if any resulting emails are
subject to exemption.
