Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:
Greetings,
I would respectfully like to request the autopsy report and any other information allowed by State Law for Charles Cadenhead DOB Jan 11 1948 and DOD November 14 2011. Place of death is recorded as Leon County Texas and manner of death reported as hanging. If you have the police report from Leon County Sheriffs Department for this death I would request a copy of it please.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you for your response I would like a non certified copy of the autopsy and external examination report as well as a copy of the investigative narrative which you have advised from your response will be a total of $7. As with previous request payment will be processed through muckrock. Please send payment request so we may facilitate that.

The charge for a copy of a non-certified copy of an autopsy or external examination report is $ 5.
The charge for a copy of the investigation narrative is .10 per page. 20 pages x .10 = $2.00
