Examinations/autopsies performed by the Dallas County Medical Examiner and/or Southwest Institute of Forensic Sciences
Any scene photos or relevant information
I allow for the editing of information which is not able to be released under statute. No documents should be withheld, but only if necessary, information not able to be released under law may be edited.
The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

I am in receipt of the attached request dated March 22, 2018 seeking copies of autopsy reports and scene photos. Per Section 552.222 of the Texas Government Code, we are sending this email to request that you clarify the attached request. Your request is unclear and does not provide the case number or deceased's name for which you are seeking these records. Without this information, the Medical Examiner cannot conduct a search. Therefore, please provide the requested information so that your request can be processed.
If you do not respond in writing within sixty-one (61) days after the date this email was sent, then we will consider your request withdrawn.

I am requesting a copy of autopsy results of Tammy Lynette Robeson, including the cause and manner of death. She was sent to the Dallas Medical Examiner for an autopsy on October 10, 2015. She passed away in Palestine, Texas, Anderson County.
I apologize for the previous request it appears the subject's name and information was somehow deleted from the body of the request form.
