A copy of a police report filed with the Dallas Police Department by a journalist named Kurt Eichenwald on or around December 16, 2016, regarding an anonymous Twitter user who allegedly exposed Eichenwald to an flashing image that caused Eichenwald to experience an epileptic seizure.

The existence of this police report and related investigation was recently publicized by Eichenwald:

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.
