To Whom It May Concern:

Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

There were a series of photographs taken on November 22, 1963 depicting 'three tramps' being escorted by Dallas Police . I'm Particularly looking for the identities of one police officer pictured holding a rifle, who is wearing a very loose fitting poorly worn uniform, a hat too small for his head. Other police officer of interest is wearing pants covered in what appears to be dust. This police officer is also shown to be wearing a pair of penny loafers which are not proper police foot attire. These two police officers only appear together in this one picture. This photograph also depicts a man who appears to resemble General Edward Landsdale walking past the 'three tramps.' However, I am only interested in the identities of these two police officers. I am not interested in the identities of the 'three tramps' or the confirmation that General Landsdale is in the photograph.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter. I look forward to receiving your response to this request within 10 business days, as the statute requires.

Sincerely,

Rocco Iannacchino
