* documents and communications regarding, in any way, City Council Addendum Item 12 on the addendum agenda for the June 17, 2015 Dallas City Council Meeting. This request encompasses the following non-exclusive categories or items:
* All communications by and between city staff and all retained consultants retained by the City of Dallas to advise on the proposed extension of the current electric services contract for up to an additional 84-months with TXU Energy Retail Company, LLC, resulting in a new contract term of October 1, 2015 up to May 31, 2023 ;
* All communications by and between city staff and city council members regarding the proposed extension of the current electric services contract for up to an additional 84-months with TXU Energy Retail Company, LLC, resulting in a new contract term of October 1, 2015 up to May 31, 2023 ;
* All evidence of communications by and between council members and staff with any lobbyist or representative of TXU regarding the proposed extension of the current electric services contract for up to an additional 84-months with TXU Energy Retail Company, LLC, resulting in a new contract term of October 1, 2015 up to May 31, 2023;
* All documents reflecting the due diligence performed by the City of Dallas or its consultant regarding the proposed extension of the current electric services contract for up to an additional 84-months with TXU Energy Retail Company, LLC, resulting in a new contract term of October 1, 2015 up to May 31, 2023;
* This request contemplates emails, text messages, notes from telephone calls, telephone call logs, facsimiles, electronic messages or written materials.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that fees cannot be waived, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

Dear Mr. Lipton,

This letter is regarding your public information request to the City of Dallas (Plaintiff). As you know, the Plaintiff and the Attorney General have reached a settlement in this case and some of the information responsive to your request will be withheld.

The attached Agreed Final Judgment states that some of the information you requested is excepted from disclosure and may be withheld by the pursuant to Texas Government Code section 552.107 and Paxton v. City of Dallas, 509 S.W.3d 247 (Tex. 2017).

You should receive all other information not described in this judgment. If you have not received any other information from the Plaintiff that the Attorney General's letter ruling OR2015-19528 held should be released, or is not described in the judgment, please contact the Plaintiff's public information office.
