Pursuant to the Texas Public Information Act, I hereby request the following records:

Any internal reports, debriefs, after action reports, damage assessments, equipment disposal logs, documents and correspondence within and outside the department and including other agencies, emails, training presentations, PowerPoint slides, and Microsoft Word documents, which discuss the Denial of Service Attacks or other Cyber Attacks of February 2012 and December 2014.

Please limit your searches to the following dates:

- Jan. 2012 - April 2012
- Sept 2014 - Feb 2015

Please include in your search the following keywords:

- "#OpFerguson", "OP Ferguson"
- "anon", "anonymous"
- "Black Lives Matter", BLM", Black Lives Matter"
- "Barrett Brown"

Please also include in your search emails sent to or from Assistant Director Tony Aguilar that match the above criteria.

The requested documents will be made available to the general public, and this request is not being made for commercial purposes.

In the event that there are fees, I would be grateful if you would inform me of the total charges in advance of fulfilling my request. I would prefer the request filled electronically, by e-mail attachment if available or CD-ROM if not.

The only information returned was the two documents.
